Large items (bathtubs, shower bases, vanities, shower kits) are delivered curbside- to your property line or building entrance, not inside your home.

Before your delivery date:

• Measure all doorways, hallways, and staircases your items will pass through.
• If you live in a condo or apartment, book elevator access with your building management in advance.
• Arrange for at least one other adult to help move items inside.
• Prepare the installation space so items don't sit in a hallway.

On delivery day:

• Inspect all packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery slip and photograph it immediately.
• Do not discard packaging until you have verified all contents are correct and undamaged.
