Do you offer product samples or swatches?

Physical samples are not available for purchase or loan at this time. However, our spacious in-store showrooms allow you to see, touch, and compare finishes and materials in person before purchasing.

Are your products certified to Canadian standards (CSA/UPC)?

The majority of our products meet applicable Canadian standards, including CSA and UPC certifications for plumbing fixtures. Certification details are available on individual product pages or can be provided by our in-store team upon request.

Can I see a product before buying it online?

What should I do if a product I purchased is discontinued?
