Can I modify or cancel my online order after placing it?Updated a month ago

Modifications and cancellations must be requested as quickly as possible - ideally within hours of placing the order online.


  • Order not yet dispatched: Contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 1-450-433-6495 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–4 PM ET). We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing. Use the contact form at bathdepot.com/contact-us.

  • Order already shipped: We cannot cancel or redirect it. You may refuse delivery and it will be returned under our standard return policy. Note that shipping costs may not be refunded.

  • Custom orders and clearance / final-sale items cannot be cancelled once placed.
