How do I make a warranty claim?Updated a month ago
To submit a warranty claim:
- Find your proof of purchase - your order confirmation email or store receipt.
- Locate the model number of your product (on the product, its packaging, or your original invoice).
- Take clear, well-lit photos of the defect.
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]
Include: order number, product model number, description of the defect, and your photos.
Alternatively, use the contact form at bathdepot.com/contact-us. - Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Important: Claims for products less than 1 year old are handled directly by Bath Depot. For products between 1 and 10 years old, you may be directed to the product manufacturer (NADOLI or BATO) with your claim documentation.
Warranty does not cover labour or shipping costs.
