In-store pickup: what do I need and how long do I have?Updated a month ago

To pick up your order at a Bath Depot store:

1. ⚠️ Bring TWO pieces of government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver's licence + passport or health card).

2. Wait for our call or email confirming your order is ready - allow 2–7 business days after placing your order.

3. Check your vehicle has enough room: a standard sedan fits one bathtub box. A pickup truck or cargo van is recommended for shower kits, large vanities, or multi-item orders.

4. Collect within 7 days of the ready notification. After 7 days, uncollected items are returned to our distribution centre and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

Note: Full payment is required before a pickup appointment is scheduled.
