My delivery arrived damaged - what do I do right now?Updated a month ago
If your order arrives damaged, act immediately - you have only 72 hours from the moment of delivery to file a claim.
Step 1 - Before the driver leaves: Note the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing. If damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery.
Step 2 - Photograph everything: Take clear photos of the outer packaging AND the damaged item. Do not discard any packaging.
Step 3 - Contact us within 72 hours: Email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description. You can also use the contact form at bathdepot.com/contact-us.
After 72 hours we cannot file a carrier claim on your behalf. Acting fast protects your refund or replacement.
