My order is late or hasn't arrived - what do I do?Updated a month ago

First, check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking number and visit the carrier's site for the latest status.


If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or the estimated delivery date has passed:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.

2. We will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

3. Resolution typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the carrier.


Alberta customers: please allow up to 15 business days from dispatch before contacting us, as freight transit times are longer in this region.
