Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, Bath Depot ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Currently, our standard shipping timelines depend on your region. Express shipping options are not available at this time, but we recommend checking your local store for same-day or next-day availability on in-stock items.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact our customer service immediately with your order number and the new address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
How do I track my order?
