My order was cancelled without explanation - what happened?Updated a month ago

Orders are occasionally cancelled due to: out-of-stock inventory updates after your order was placed, payment verification issues, or shipping address validation failures. You should receive an automated email explaining the reason.


If you did not receive a cancellation email, or the reason is unclear:

• Or use the contact form at bathdepot.com/contact-us 


Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation. We sincerely apologise for any disruption to your renovation project.
