What happens if I miss my pickup window at a partner terminal?Updated a month ago
When your order arrives at a partner pickup terminal, the carrier will contact you by phone or email. You then have 48 hours to collect your items. Terminals are open Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
If you do not collect within 48 hours, your order will be returned to our Blainville distribution centre. Once received, you will be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus the $49 pickup fee, which is non-refundable.
To reschedule before the deadline, contact the carrier directly using the tracking link in your shipping email.
