Bath Depot offers a straightforward return policy. You can return any unused, uninstalled item in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase (or of taking possession for deliveries and pre-orders) for a full refund to your original payment method. Store credit is available for up to 60 days.

A 50% restocking fee applies to any return in opened or damaged packaging.

⚠️ DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL: Any item that arrives damaged must be reported within 72 hours of receipt - no exceptions. Email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.
