What is the restocking fee and when does it apply?Updated a month ago
A restocking fee of 50% of the retail price is deducted from your refund when a product is returned in opened or damaged packaging. This fee covers the labour required to inspect, clean, and repackage the item before it can be resold.
How to avoid the restocking fee: Keep all products in their original sealed packaging until you are certain you want to keep them. If you need to verify a measurement or colour, do so without opening the box where possible.
Note: If the item is defective or the damage is Bath Depot's responsibility, the restocking fee does not apply.
